Blogging meister extraordinaire, Darren Rowse of ProBlogger, continues to make innumerable contributions to the blogosphere. He understands his talents and how to optimize them, as do the best entrepreneurs. After all, he turned me into a blogger. ME.
When my good friend and wise businessman, Jed Carlson of Reverb Nation, said that I should write my parenting methodology down on a blog, I shuddered. I had “successfully” avoided a life connected to the computer and now I was entering a new era (albeit a decade later than most).
I did not know one thing about blogs and did not really jive with what I was initially stumbling upon in the blogosphere. It all seem so cluttered and chaotic. But, this genius, Darren, broke it down in a meaningful way for me. ProBlogger is a wealth of information and gave me some know-how.
This is what I would like Child Perspective to be: a wealth of information providing parents with the know-how.
Through the month of April, I am participating in a ProBlogger Challenge: 31 Days to Building a Better Blog. I hope you will notice some improvements as I try to incorporate Darren’s teachings and techniques into this parent education blog.
Why, you might be asking, am I telling you this? I need your help and participation!
Recently some visitors to this blog have suggested that I write a book and one even asserted this manner of parenting could change the world. Let’s go for it!
In hopes of making a positive impact in this world, I’d like to open this discussion more. Please take a moment to post a comment to tell me what else you would hope to find in a premier parenting website.
What is missing from your parenting toolbox?
Thank you!
Great to see a fellow parent participating in the 31 day challenge. I am doing it too in bit to see how it can help to improve my blogging.
I love the quote you have in your header. Thanks for visiting my site too
Hi, Saw your post on 31dbbb about other blogs that talk about parenting tips and education related issues. I do talk about some of those issues as well. I love your blog and would definitely be interested in participating in a discussion group.
